Grants: Justice Assistance Grant (JAG)
The Federal Fiscal Year (FFY) 2020 Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant (JAG) Solicitation opens Wednesday, April 1, 2020. Grant applications are due to the Office of Criminal Justice Assistance (OCJA) on or before Friday, May 29, 2020 at 5:00 p.m. The application, budget, and assurances need to be submitted in their entirety by 5:00 p.m. Please locate below and download the FFY2020 Byrne JAG Grant: Guide and Application plus the FFY2020 Byrne JAG Budget.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC REVIEW AND COMMENT
The Nevada Department of Public Safety, Office of Criminal Justice Assistance (OCJA) has a copy of the Fiscal Year 2020 application for federal funding for the Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant (JAG) program available for comment beginning on September 10th, 2020. Any comments to be considered by OCJA need to be in writing and submitted to the Office of Criminal Justice Assistance, 1535 Hot Springs Road, Suite 10, Carson City, NV, 89706 and received on or before September 17th, 2020.
